According to police around 7:00 p.m., a group of Czech tourists were riding the mountain road over the village of Rinas of Librazhd, which relates to St.
One of them citizen R.K., 53, has lost control of the motorcycle and is out of the way, falling into the Cirova torrent.
Tourists have announced 112, Librazd's operational Hall, and immediately a police patrol and ambulance has been launched.
As a result of the difficult terrain, the ambulance transport was impossible and, under these conditions, the General Directorate of State Police has communicated with the Health Ministry to send a helicopter.
The health helicopter has been launched towards the site, enabling transportation to the Military Hospital of Czech citizens, who had suffered fractures, in the body, out of danger for life.
