Chamber's self-declared president, killed days ago, had his own private army in Holland

Festim Lato, the Albanian politician who was found murdered days ago in Amsterdam's Rijne Channel, had his own private army in the village of Gelderland of Afferden, where he lived. The Dutch authorities were aware of this, but they had interviewed, reported Dutch medium “Telegreaf” calling to its sources. Lato, 43, [...]
Lato, 43, was the self-declared president of Chamberry. He lived in a farm house in Kerkdam in Afferden. According to the newspaper, in recent years the farm looked like a barracks filled with forces from the future army of Chammeria, who stayed in double beds at Lato's house. One source has told “Telegarafi” that Chammeria's forces had been exercised by soldiers from Kosovo.
During a recent celebration of Albania's Independence Day, a military parade was held in the garden of Latos. A video published on Facebook shows Laton inspecting soldiers in military uniforms, with faces painted in camouflage colors. This is the army I'm building”, told Lato to a former worker, according to the newspaper. Youtube can find videos as Latos appears with various automatic weapons.
The Drutten municipality, which covers Afferden, was reported for military presence in the municipality, has confirmed to the newspaper an official who wanted to remain anonymous. The only action that has been undertaken has been a municipal inspection at Lato's farm, to see if the area plan for the shelter was being maintained. The building was closed for several days at the direction of the municipality, after which it was simply used as a barracks again, reports “Telegrain”, Coca.net.
February 2018, the video of the military parade posted on Facebook was sent to a special detective at The Hague police. He exchanged e-mails with people around Latos, including one person who said that “would know everything” about Laton and were willing to talk. But no concrete action was taken, according to the newspaper. The Hague police had launched an investigation into fraud last year, as two of Latos' business partners reported it. They were invited to the police for an interview, but “we never heard of anything from them”, they told the newspaper.
A police spokesman has confirmed investigations into fraud, and has said police are informed of the military parade video, but could not say why nothing was taken about it. Public prosecutor and Drutten's municipality have not answered the newspaper's questions.
A Dutch entrepreneur who was present at the military parade told “Telegraff” that he was amazed by the private army inside Gelderland. That's what the Dutch politicians allowed, I can't even understand. How did Lato do all this? I was wondering if he was going to be able to find me. But, yes, the president promised to build 210 kilometers of new roads in his new state, Chamber. I would offer 50 tractors and 100 cranes, each cost about a quarter of a million euros. And I was normally thinking about winning that contract”
