In most classrooms 1, 2, 6,7.10 and 11 there will be no alternative texts except those that have been declared the winner.
Alternative texts (fulfilling standards for publication) are provided with “Administrator's Administrator Guide, assessment and permission of textbooks and textbooks”.
“Resensants can propose one or more manuscripts for publication by providing alternative sources of information, and by offering schools access to free choice from teachers for text they want to use”, points out Article 9 of this instruction. New textbooks for classes 1, 2, 6,7,10 and 11 are expected to be in the hands of students on September 1st, writes Koha Ditore.
Representatives of publishing houses and book authors say August is denying the right to students and teachers to select the most appropriate texts. That, according to them, if errors are identified in a winning text and remarks are given, it could be replaced with alternative texts. August at a small portion of the subject has declared alternative texts, but publishing representatives are complaining that the ministry is giving them no information about whether these texts will be published.
