(7 years ago)Kosovo's Tax Administration announced that it is continuing with the implementation of the seasonal operational plan, which is carried out in and out of working hours, with the aim of better monitoring of rhetoric activities, entertainment including hotel and restaurant organisation, concerts, weddings, and similar activities, which in this season [...]
These activities, they say, are undertaken in order to provide various evidence regarding incomes that are realized by this sector.
Based on the evidence created during these activities, as well as on other provided facts, ATK makes assessment of the sector's obligations.
So far from activities carried out in the field have been inspected by various locations, at higher activities, in different Kosovo cities, where irregularities or disrespecting demands stemming from the Taxation Legislation have been found.
The ATK says the final report regarding implementation of the seasonal plan will be published over the next month.
The ATK management will continue more dedication to implement all legal provisions so that each taxpayer can declare directly the part he meets by law”, said the ATK report.
