Their vehicle, Renault Clio, was hit in the back by a Volkswagen Passat. The crash was so severe that it caused the death of the two Albanians immediately.
In the second vehicle, three people of Italian-German origin traveled. Two men and a woman were injured, but their condition is reported to be out of danger.
The causes of this serious accident are unclear. Italian authorities are investigating the dynamic and circumstances of what caused the crash between vehicles that resulted fatal to the two Albanians. It is learned that the 28-year-old lived in Imola, and the 38-year-old girl lived in Galeata.
