Telekom Slovenia on Friday has launched procedures to sell 100% of its subsidiary shares in Kosovo, IPKO Telecommunications LLC, writes the medium Seenews, conveys the Economic Bulletin.
The decision is in line with the Telekom Slovenija group's strategy for the period 2019-23, which also includes the possibility of further consolidation through expanding investment in markets where the group operates.
Furthermore, no additional information was provided.
In March 2018, Telekom Slovenija became the sole owner of IPKO's after agreeing to buy the remaining 6.89% of the company.
IPKO is the leading internet provider and second largest mobile phone provider in Kosovo.
