“Kosovo is the most expensive word for Serbs, the country many Serbs have given up for. Some of them do not live in Kosovo, because they cannot”, he said.

Vuciq said he would not have suffered as a personal loss if a possible agreement had been reached during his mandate, but that according to him would have been very important achievement for Serbia's future and the good of citizens.

According to Vuciq Americans have always been involved in the negotiations of Albanians and Serbs, but said the Russians and others should also be involved in reaching a solution.
