SP representatives in the CEC backed Eduard Ndociati's complaint, which competed in front of Pierre Ndreu in Lezha, despite three days in a row scrapping Democratic Obedience complaints about opening boxes.
The SP proposed that if voting manipulation is confirmed, then there will be prosecution for the commissioners involved.
The CEC also certified at its meeting the mandate of Tirana's chairman Erion Veliaj, as well as that of Shkodra, Valdrin Peter.
