Unnik protests for the third time against the Erenik River deviate

The Yunik municipality in co-operation with civil society tomorrow organises the next protest, with its side required for the third time the ban on the works on the Erenik River, where the Gjakova KRU Gjakova municipality and the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning for the capture of the Erenik River and the deviation of its natural flow.

The protest is organised against the illegal decisions and actions of the Gjakova municipality, CRU Gjakova and the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, the capture of the Erenik River and the deviation of its natural flow. We remember this is the third consecutive protest organised by the Yunik Community in collaboration with citizens.

Days earlier, the chairman of the Yunik municipality, Mr Agron Kuci, had even extended a public invitation to Kosovo's prime minister, asking for the ban on the work in the area.

POPUL PROTETS

Honored Junik Community citizens, and wider, the Yunik Community in collaboration with Civil Society, the organisations that come out of the War and Local Business organise the Popular Protes of 19,07,2019 (Friday), at 10:00, in defense of the Erenik River.

The protest is organised against the illegal decisions and actions of the Gjakova municipality, CRU Gjakova and the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, the capture of the Erenik River and the deviation of its natural flow.

The launch is organised by the Yunik centre, the protest will be held at the location where the works are taking place.
