The triumphal Kurt after the Constitutional Act: There was tryntim-puc about the Republic

Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti has given his word following the Constitutional Court's act in connection with the Negotiator Team, which he declared unconstitutional, limiting even to President Thaci's competencies.

Kurti in his letter speaks in a triumphal but harsh tone by attacking President Thaci, but not saving Prime Minister Haradinaj and his deal with the first one, writes Periscope.

Mayor Kurti states that the Constitutional Court in practice shows how power has attacked the republican order and the democratic spirit of the state, and that it accuses “all specialities” of the dialogue law with Serbia for trying the republic and its internal regulation. ”

Power has brought itself down

We all remember this year, just under the KLA's age note, on March 6th 7th, The PAN and their crutches in the Assembly ran from the commission to the commission, from deputy to MP, to pass their special law on dialogue with Serbia. All of this through the extraordinary session, in two fast readings that didn't even make one. However, they have so badly violated the Kosovo Constitution, as we have said from the opposition. Since the first paragraph of the first article of their special law, they have violated the Constitution!

The origin of this breach must be sought by both political premises that seem to have been forming PAN in May 2017. First: ratification of the demarcation with Montenegro. Second: dialogue with Serbia is left to the president. These two preliminary conditions of Thaci have been accepted by Haradinaj.

The whole confusion with the PAN state delegation and their dialogue bill occurred because the prime minister dared not break the deal with the president. He refused to vote on the resolution of our two opposition parties, which stopped and stopped the president in his adventure of shopping with Serbia. This is the statement of October 31st 2018 of our motion, which the prime minister cannot vote on: “The territory of the Republic of Kosovo is one and inseparable, and neither the president, nor anyone else, has the mandate to negotiate the territory of the Republic of Kosovo. ”

The Constitutional Court Act, published on June 27, 2019, by unanimous ruling, shattered the prime minister's maneuver and the president's arbitrary. He released both of them unconstitutional. Their special law has fallen into content. The PAN, with all its crutches, has intervened in hierarchy and institutional competencies. He has attacked the republican order and the democratic spirit of the state. This is too heavy. Therefore, both the prime minister and the president must resign. The Constitutional Court practically accuses all of the law on dialogue with Serbia of attempting the republic and its internal regulation.

At least 9 paragraphs of the 5th articles of the Constitution have been violated by Thaci and Haradinaj, as well as their deputy delegation, and their voting deputies: paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Article 4 [Creament Force and Power Division], Article 1 paragraph 7, paragraph 12 of Article 65, paragraph 1, paragraph 1 of Article 93 [The Government Committees] and paragraph 1 and 9 of Article 94 [The prime minister's computers].

So they have violated the form of governance, power sharing and state values, as well as violating the competencies of the assembly, the government and the prime minister. You're saying that they've taken care of their aggression as far as it's conceived and as inconsistent. Even the Constitutional Court has not rejected any criticism or other opposition, clarifying that it will not deal with the alleged violations of Article 2 [Sovranity], Article 18 [Ratification of International Agreements] and Article 20 [Democrat Bar] “because the Law has been generally declared inconsistent with the Constitution”.

The self-called state delegation was passed by 59 votes on December 15, 2018. The so-called dialogue law on March 7, 2019, was passed by 58 votes. Thus, neither did any one have the majority of the Parliament's deputies. Meanwhile, they traveled a couple of times for Brussels and did not stop their secret meetings with Serbia, nor did Avni Arifi, rather than let Hashim Thaci go. The Constitutional Court's latest act was but nails in the coffin of a delegation that will be remembered as a bad dream.

And as for the composition of that delegation full of people without credibility, legitimacy, competence and authority that ended up meeting Mrs. Moghrin we have lost nothing more than a free show. We will never see him again.

Kosovo needs to be guided in strengthening the state, meaning in fighting corruption and crime, in developing the economy and society, in justice for citizens and in employing citizens. And of this, as well as the new and principled dialogue with Serbia, we need to deal only with the date of new elections, towards the good new government, with prime minister taking responsibility and not stealing.
