Construction efforts in northern Germany have discovered a medieval tomb containing about 100 skeletons, some of which were still intact, local archaeologist Detlef Jantzen reported today.
“Arceologs have gathered in this area of Stralsund to document this find and further analyse the display”, Jantzen said.
The top layers of the earth have moved over the centuries, leaving only bones. And complete skeletons have been found in the deepest layers. Bones will be stored and analyzed to understand more.
