The KSC announces public opinion and all sides that the decisions made are the result of the work, which is based on their responsibilities and competencies as the only regulatory body for quality in higher education, as is defined with Administration Guide 15/2018, this is drafted by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of the Republic of Kosovo.
Also, the KSC explains that the IALs that have made a negative decision on institutional assessment can continue their work with current students, but cannot register new students for the 2019-2020 academic year.

These lists are not final and can undergo changes, depending on the results of the complaint procedure that could take place in the Ankes Commission on KSHC decisions.
