Prime Minister Haradinaj resigned irrevocable from this position, taking it as an invitation to several hours of special court interview.
Someone called it a manly act, someone like political marketing and resignations to go to the elections, but it seems the elections are not the first step.
In fact, after the prime minister's resignation, the entire government falls. But, basically, after the prime minister's resignation, the president initially makes consultations with political parties or the coalition that has won the majority in the Parliament, for mandated the new candidate, to form the new government.
After these consultations, the president appoints the mandate for forming the government, following the political or coalition party proposal, which makes up the majority of the Assembly.
The new candidate for prime minister, not later than 15 days after the appointment, represents the composition of the new government before the Kosovo Assembly and requires approval by the Parliament.
That government is considered elected if it receives the majority of votes of all Kosovo Assembly deputies.
If that proposed government composition does not get the most necessary votes, the president within ten days appoints the other candidate under the same procedure.
If not the second time the government is elected, then the president announces the elections that should be held no later than 40 days from the day of their proclamation. /Periscope.
