Albanian President Ilir Meta dedicated a long Facebook post to EU Ambassador to Albania Louis Soreca.
The head of state, following Sorenca's statement that invited all political parties to sit urgently in the dialogue, asks the ambassador if it was “rely to promote dialogue between the parties earlier”.
Ilir Meta's full submission:
QUESTIONS PUBLICIA FOR SORECA AMBOS
The president of the Republic warmly welcomes Ambassador Sorenca's sincere calls for the political “and for urgent engagement in a political dialogue to overcome the current” situation.
In this case the President has some public questions:
Were you really about promoting dialogue between the parties earlier Mr. Ambassador?
Did you get any concrete initiative to establish this dialogue between the parties?
Did you request the president's support for dialogue in order to save Albania's ugly showing and its European future?
Do you know that the president received an initiative to annul the elections with the aim of establishing dialogue between the parties?
Why didn't you back the president in this public initiative?
Did you know that on May 24th, 2019 official representatives of the main group in Bundestag, the Adaphul and Schmidt deputies, through an official stance, called for urgent deployment of dialogue to resolve the crisis, even offered for the modernisation of this dialogue with the best intention of helping to start membership negotiations with the EU and stressed the importance of a new date for local elections, that they were democratic and inclusive, as necessary to help start negotiations?
Do you know that the president immediately reacted by supporting this initiative and showed his will to decree a new election date, after agreeing on the parties?
Do you know that the President of the Republic has decreed October 13th, 2019, on the development of comprehensive local elections? What attitude do you have?
Have you made it clear to Mr. Rama that elections without opposition do not meet the Copenhagen criteria, violate the principles of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, and enable the start of membership negotiations in October 2019?
Did you know that yesterday the president has stressed, given the gravity of the country's political crisis, that October 13th 2019 is not only the date of local elections, but also of parliamentary and presidential ones, to end this deep and comprehensive crisis of representation in the country?
You know very well, since the first day you arrived here, that one of my concerns and remarks to the EU Delegation all these years has been that it has not been making the best efforts to promote a real dialogue between the parties.
For other questions about the Justice and Constitutional Court Reform will follow up later, but dialogue, topics, ways and objectives clearly defined are the number one priority at the moment, in my opinion.
The warmest and most attached greetings I am reminding you publicly of and the official position of the Z/chairman of the CDU parliamentary group. CSU in German Bundestag, Mr. Johannadefl.
ZV/ KEYETAR GRUP PARLAMENTAR CRU / CLU CSU, Mr. JOHAN DAV IDEPHUL ID:
After the president's decision, there is a new political situation, and all sides must now seek the path to reconciliation, including local democratic elections with potential multiple candidates, meaning all BEAST SERVING THE PRAINING OF THE PLAIN PRESIDENTS and then participate in the political process. ALL around the world will be alive without eUROPIAN and would add unnecessary doubts about the benefits of the accession process, thus creating a new basis for peaceful coexistence of political competitors.
In Europe, every government must accept a critical opposition, and every opposition must accept an effective government. This is an essential basis for an equally stable and democratic state. IF YOU DON'T THANK IN THIS DIREGER EUROPY, IGURY WHAT IT WILL LEARN E FROM GERMANY. ”
