Hoxha has clarified how a piece of her testimony had run through the Serbian media. He says they had emerged from a Serbian lawyer, not from the Special Prosecutor or Court in Kosovo.
” Her testimony, Serbian media have misused her. They took a context of it. Part of us have been in demand that detention be continued. As if it were convincing and strong. That statement was received by a Serbian lawyer. There was no chance of getting out of the Special Prosecutor or of the Court. They got the part they were conveniating, and Hoxha said tonight at Debat Plus.
He sees Ivanovic's murder as political and says Serbia expressed no willingness to co-operate in the case in question. /PERISCOP/
