But she and three other people were released Sunday after the prosecutor has praised that for him and Shkelm Statovcin, Haki Jashar and Ava Kurteshi there is no basis for demanding measures of detention.
Bozanic was released after 48 hours of detention, while he said he has known from the very beginning he is not guilty.
She expects the court to make a fair and legal decision.
I don't feel guilty about this job, justice triumphed, I expect the courts to make a legal decision... I think, yes, this whole thing, it's not exactly the same, we trust the judge to make the right and legal decision”, Bozanic said.
While Hamdi Jashar also opposed the prosecution's request by detainee Dragan Dzevkoviq.
Jashar said the prosecution's request to the detention assignment has had no legal basis.
The prosecution's request in the detention assignment has been noted very openly that few have had any legal basis. For reasons that the facts mentioned in our case have not been confirmed, on the other hand, I appreciate that protection has given the maximum in proving our innocent claims. This results from the prosecutor's withdrawal to some of the suspects... Of course, there is no evidence to establish the detention measure because it is a very serious measure... all claims that are written are more than facts and evidence”, Jashar said.
Unlike Sunday, 23 defendants who were arrested on Friday have sought a month's detention measure, while for 4 of them, the prosecution has demanded no security measure.
On Friday, Kosovo Police have arrested 23 people, most of them officials of the Ministry of Infrastructure, autoschool owners, doctors, etc.
According to the Prosecutor, these persons are suspected of granting driving licenses for candidates in exchange for money.
