Kosovo Trade Minister Andrew Shala has said the state of Kosovo has been unable to realise Serbia's plan to impose humanitarian crisis in northern municipalities.
Shala confirmed that due to Serbian pressure, all retail points of Serb majority municipalities have been closed but that they have already managed to send mobile selling points.
” We've been organized, co-ordinated mobile selling points. I have participated in three northern municipalities, truck furniture stations have been sent to supply elementary food to all residents, and have been placed in all parts of Kosovo where they can supply their necessary” products, Shala said in Info Magazine.
” On all the points we started there are set. I have been participating since their departure, despite Serbian tension not allowing citizens to be supplied. With this action we have shown and made it impossible for Serbia to attempt to create a humanitarian crisis”.
This will be every day in co-ordination, these mobile points are located throughout the parts of Kosovo for our citizens to be supplied with all products they want”.
