After it was announced that PTK has not continued the contract to Dardafon Company for co-operation with Z-mobile, the deputy chairman of the company has also reacted. PSD and former Vetevendosje Chairman Visar Ymer.
He has said that “Telekom should cut off other abusive contracts and that 300 thousand numbers used by Z-Mobile must be returned immediately.
The authority that can decide on such a thing is ARKEP.
This is Mr. Ymer:
T E LECOM THI ♪ CONTATES THE ABUSIVE, 300,000 NUMRA A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FROM Z- MOBILETI TELECOM/ DEA 900.
Telekom contract with Dardafon LLC (known as Z Mobile) will not be continued, which expires tomorrow. This is good news to say goodbye. This contract has caused major financial damage and unaffordable technical-technology burden to Kosovo Telekom. In addition to harming Kosovo's most successful public company, even its subscribers -- that is, citizens of Kosovo, electronic communications services -- who have undergone a perceived degradation.
This failure to follow the contract, first of all, results from the insistence and the unspoiled work of Telekom trade unionists, who became aware of the contract's damages and who engaged directly to protect the company's interest.
ARKEP must immediately decide that 300 thousand numbers in use of Z Mobiles return to the company, which has the individual authorisation for numeration use, Kosovo Telecom, in order to be exploited by Vala 900.
In the parliamentary investigative process, in which the deputies of all parliamentary groups are working intensively from February, where we have recorded numerous damages, which were caused by Telekom by abusive contracts, along with Mr Mobile.
These too are investigating, and even these contracts should be cut off so that Telekom can create space and financial opportunities to develop, restructure and consolidate.
