The authorities gave no details about his situation but Mr. Navalny said he had had an allergic reaction with huge swelling on his face something she said he never experienced again.
Hospital sources told Russian media that his condition was satisfactory, followed by the BBC, Periscope.
Mr. Navajo was sentenced to 30 days in prison last week after calling the unauthorised protest, which was held Saturday.
More than a thousand people were imprisoned during these demonstrations.
