The prosecution in Gjilan in his plea for arrest had said the suspects were arrested after trying to send Belgrade documents to specific Serbian municipal officials.
The documents were found in the suspect's vehicle.

While the so-called Office for Kosovo in Serbia's government said those arrested are school principals in the Gjilan region, naming arrest as “assault on the Serbian population and example of judicial violence”.
