Paddy, high temperatures cause diarrhea, and vomiting in children

We don't have an added number of children who because of the heat need medical help. There are up to 25 children we accept in the clinic. Thanks to our parents, our highest awareness is keeping children from high temperatures, we have the usual performance. Meanwhile, we have an increased number of viruss, stomach infections, mostly food poisoning. Nevertheless, we expect these changes every year”, Telaku said.

Officials from the Kosovo National Institute of Public Health have recommended that children, older people and those with chronic illnesses not be exposed to high temperatures and consume as much fluids as possible.
