Abdixhiku, at “Dosier D” in RTV Dukaagjini, has said Kosovo is in some circumstances that the no-confidence motion against the government has become natural.
We have a Kosovo institutions dysfunctional “. The Republic's Assembly remains dysfunctional for most of the time. There are untreated points for months. Sessions that cannot afford the simple majority. And finally, the celebration meetings fail because of lack of quorum. It is, of course, natural for the country to have a Government of the majority that guarantees the institutional prosperity of the time”.
The LDK MP says the second reason it should go to the polls is the situation within the government coalition.
“The political, economic, foreign policy, education and justice situation has become unbearable. Due to major scandals constantly produced, corrupt relatives and institutional irresponsability to these relatives going to the polls has become a natural process”, he said.
Abdixhiku has said the third reason for the collapse of this government is the new political situation created following the Constitutional Court's ruling in relation to the Negotiator Team.
“This Government, this parliamentary majority, this Parliament, has made serious constitutional violations by creating a non-religious negotiating team, consigning competencies to an unconstitutional body must necessarily produce consequences, because that has always happened in Kosovo. Every Government, every individual, every man, whether president or other at the first moment that constitutional violation has been listed, said Abdixhiku.
