He is a member of the Democratic Party of Kosovo and comes from the branch of the Democratic Party of Kosovo in Vushtrri.
It has a 17-year experience in the field of education in Kosovo and a brief period in England as well. In addition to teaching, there were managerial positions like that of the Academy Development Coordinator Dean of the Faculty of Meccronic and Decan of the Faculty of Computer Sciences.
Time and again, he has also worked in industry in the sector of automatic control systems.
Since 2016 he has been a regular teacher at the University of Mitrovica “Isa Boletini” as well as Universum College in Pristina.
Muzafer Shala is born on October 12th 1980 in Vushtrri, is married and has two children.
