Mustafa, in RTV Dukagjini, has said the lack of quorum in the Kosovo Assembly even for voting a resolution for Albanians in the Presevo Valley shows signs of seriousness.
The chairman of the National Council of Albanians says 19 years after Concul's agreement nothing has moved on Albanian rights.
In view of demographic data, a large exhumation of Albanians, especially those in Medvedja, is taking place. Unofficially, about 2,000 Albanians have been cleared of civil registrys, while another 1,000 in Presevo and other lands. It must be taken into account that the general population of Medvedja does not exceed 5,000 residents”, he said.
Mustafa says that currently in Albanian schools in the Presevo Valley, some 7 thousand students attend the lesson, while ten years ago, ten years ago teaching in these schools has followed the teaching of some 4 thousand more Albanian students.
“After these figures, the decline in the past five years is about 26%, while for ten years the decline is about 41%. This shows that there is depopulation of those countries”, Mustafa said.
