Mosskolaj, in “Debat Plus” at RTV Dukagjini, has said that the prime minister is not the court prosecutor to call “Mafi” members of the Accreditation Agency.
“objects are divided. Those people who were elected to the Council of Quality have not chosen the prime minister, but are elected to the Kosovo Assembly. They have been elected by more than 70 votes in the Kosovo Assembly, more votes than Prime Minister” himself, he said, submits Telegrafi.
He says the prime minister had to react when Hashim Thaci founded these universities illegally.
We know that an institution to be a university should have at least 5 doctoral programmes from different fields. Universities at the time were created for the electoral reasons of Hashim Thaci”.
Mushkolaj says there has been no feasibility study whether or not there was a need for the establishment of new universities.
“Hashim Thaci has had the vision to create these universities in the first place to employ party militants and win votes, but it seems that these universities have not carried out its”, Mushkolaj said.
