Following reports yesterday that Turkey's embassy in Belgrade referred to the Republic of Kosovo with” Kosovo and Metohi”, this from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is considered a technical error that does not undermine reports between the two states.
That is how Jetir Zyberaj from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced from Facebook that technical errors are not a reflection of the quality of strong Kosovo-Turkey partnership.
” Turkey is a friend and partner country of Kosovo. It is among the first to have recognised Kosovo and has supported our international recognition.
Technical errors and misunderstandings do not affect the bond of our friendship and are not a reflection of the quality of our partnership that is strong”.
