There is doubt that on the 2007.2019 basis in Pristina on the “Emperor Justinian” on the underpass, following the verbal dispute with the physically injured, has now attacked the late G.R., striking fists on the head and kicking it as a result of which the last one had collapsed and as a consequence of injuries passed away at QKUU, Pristina.
The court has found that there are circumstances showing the danger that if the defendant is found in freedom he could be concealed, escaped with the intention of avoiding criminal responsibility.
Against this ruling the side is entitled to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
