Letter to Zaev for the release of KLA soldier Toorr Morina

Former KLA member Tomor Morina continues to remain in northern Macedonia, where he was imprisoned with warrants issued by Serbia. This has sparked numerous reactions in his hometown, in Gjakova, from local institutions, associations released from war, political parties and other citizens. The president of the Republican Party [...] has also reacted to Morina.

The president of the Republican Party of Kosovo has also reacted to Morina. Faton Kurti, who has also sent a letter to northern Macedonia Prime Minister Zoran Zaev.
Here's the full letter:
KEYEMINISTRY Mr. ZORAN ZAEV, FOR TIVING.
Your Honor, Prime Minister. Zoran Zaev,
The Party, Republicans of Kosovo, RAK and I, as its chairman, received tremendous concern, news of the detention and arrest of former KLA fighter, Mr. Tomor Morina, in the Republic of Northern Macedonia, to meet a request of the Serbian state.
Ex-Soldier of Mr. NLA. Toorr Morina, has not committed any crime while defending his people vulnerable to the most brutal attacks Milosevic's „Cassap of the Balkans“, attacks that left behind tens of thousands of civilians killed and massacred.
It is completely unacceptable and unfair that a terrorist state like that of Milosevic and his descendants, Vucic, seek the extradition of innocent people of Kosovo by misusing an International Organisation such as Interpol!
If one of the former KLA war crimes has committed any crime then the Special Court in The Hague will deal with these cases, which was voted by the Parliament itself of Kosovo but could never have the Serbian state issued calls for arrests in a country where hundreds of criminals are still walking freely in it!
I address you as a friend of yours and by praising you as a politician who has in his political agenda, peaceful and friendly relations with your neighbors, do whatever is possible for the release of Mr. Tomorr Morina, who is being held innocent in prison in Northern Macedonia, in the state you run.
I expect a quick, positive and fair response from you.
With much respect
Prof. Faton Kurti
Chairman of the Republics of Kosovo, REK
