According to this agency, four civilians were killed, and 21 were injured by these air strikes.
The Israeli army has not confirmed the attack.
Israel has carried out hundreds of air strikes, against what it describes as Iranian targets in Syria, including Lebanon's rainy militant group, Hezbollah.
The attacks have caused friction between Israel and Russia, which together with Iran has given Syrian President Bashar al-Assad important military support during the entire conflict in Syria.
The war, now in its ninth year, began with a government crackdown on protesters in March 2011. It has killed more than 370,000 people and displaced millions.
