These were the last decisions Haradinaj made as prime minister at the cabinet's 111th meeting.

The first decision adopted at yesterday's Kosovo Government meeting has been authorisation for Kosovo's representation in the Work Force for Review and Correcting the border line with Montenegro.

The working troops will be named on the Joint Declaration of the Republic of Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and the Republic of Montenegro, Philip Vuyanovic, of February 16th 2018, with which the founding of the Joint Workers' Corps for Review and Re-correcting of the borderline in the sectors in the direction of Chuckorri and the Treeby Tower was envisioned.

The Working Corps will be the State Commission for the Mark and Maintain of the State Border, and, as necessary, additional expertise in the implementation of the given tasks.

The next government has approved the decision to authorise the Local Team for Development of the Program in areas identified during the process of discussing with the Millennium Challenge Corporation. The identified fields are:

Assistant Services;

Loss reduction;

Kosovo's Gasification Project;

The project for technical assistance of various institutions;

ESCO software implementation technical assistance.

At today's meeting, the government cabinet has approved the decision to abolish the Government's decision on sharing financial means for the State Delegation of the Republic of Kosovo in the process of dialogue with the Republic of Serbia. The value of the remaining resources from the allocated amount is returned to under the program of unforeseen expenses.

Even the decision to establish Senator Robert Dole's bust on Robert Dole Street in Pristina, as a sign of respect for the senator's contribution and strong report between the United States and Kosovo, has received the government cabinet's approval at yesterday's meeting. The promotion of the bust will also fund American Economic Oda.

The decision has been adopted to meet and change the Kosovo Government's decision on implementing the right to pay for the director, deputy director and inspector of the Kosovar Intelligence Agency after the mandate ends.

The Kosovo government has approved the decision to share financial means in many of the 45.900.00 euros for the Council for Protection of Rights and Human Freedoms (KMDLNJ). Financial means will serve to cover the necessary financial expenses for KMDLNj members for monitoring judicial processes in the Specialised Chambers.

The Kosovo Government's Security Strategy has been approved at today's meeting. Draft-The Strategy will be prosecuted in the Republic of Kosovo's Assembly for review and approval.

At yesterday's Kosovo Government meeting, the draft Law on Tax Administration and Procedure has been adopted. This bill regulates procedures for managing tax duties in the Republic of Kosovo that are in the scope of the Kosovo Tax Administration. The bill also regulates the principles of the organisation and operation of the Kosovo Tax Administration and the Ankes Board.

It has received approval from the government cabinet and the draft for ratification of the loan agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for financing the water development project in Gjilan. The loan for support of the project totals 10m euros and will be repaid in 24 equal annual installments by September 2033.

The Drug, Narcotics, and psychotopic substances bill has received the government's approval. This bill regulates conditions, procedures, surveillance of drug activity, narcotic drugs, and psychotropic drugs. The bill is aimed at preventing trafficking and drug misuse. Partly in part, the provisions of Parliament and Council of Europe shall be harmonised in the draft for exchanging information, early warning system, and risk assessment for new psychoactive substances.

The decision to fulfil and change the Government of the Republic of Kosovo's decision to suspend the Kosovo Government's decisions on the return of social property from AKP to Kosovo municipalities for the purposes of implementing public interest projects. The government has adopted the decision that annuls this abolition and will continue to review all demands of the municipalities for properties that are related to the realisation of public interest projects.

With the decision to meet and change the Government's decision to establish the Council for Consumer Protection has been made to change the chairman of the Council, and has also met with representatives from the National Institute of Public Health and the NGO-CBM (Community Building Mitrovica).

With the Ministry of Finance's proposal, the decision to meet and change Administrative Guide for centralised procurements led by the Central Procurement Agency has been adopted. The purpose of the changes is to manage requirements by the Central Procurement Agency for the security of goods, services or jobs that have joint use of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo. In particular, the decision adopted today will enable the Central Procurement Agency to implement all procedures on the project to rebuild houses burned in North Mitrovica.

The fifth report on the planning and implementation of “Klausola for investment, which will also be sent to inform the Republic of Kosovo. The report is prepared by the Ministry of Finance and has informative characters for Government and Parliament and the public for the implementation processes of projects being financed through “Klasolola of Investments” laid down in the Law on Management Public Finance and Responsibilities.

The government has approved initiatives to negotiate agreements between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Investment Bank for financing of the “rehabilitation of railway line 10 and financing projects, as well as sewage management in the Gjilan municipality”. Also adopted has been the initiative for negotiating the loan agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the Saudi Development Fund for financing of the “Construction of the Pristina-Mitrovica Highway, Stage 2”.

The prime minister has raised the issue of implementing the 110-pound substation project in Kosovo municipalities and has asked competents to draft a long-term plan to implement these projects in all Kosovo municipalities.

The prime minister has also demanded that sewage treatment projects be extended to all Kosovo municipalities with scheduled plans and dynamics.

The Justice Ministry has proposed and the government cabinet has approved the decision to start procedures for the selection of representation of the Republic of Kosovo before the International Court of Arbitrazhi on issues raised by individuals and economic operators.

The Finance Ministry has proposed the start of procedures for resolving Kosovo Lottary status, for which it has received approval of the government cabinet at today's meeting.

All at the end of the meeting, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has announced the government cabinet with his decision to resign irrevocable from the prime minister's position. The prime minister has said he does so after the invitation he received for an interview by the Special Court in The Hague. The prime minister has stressed that he in no way wants to hurt Kosovo's image and that he will face justice as an individual, and believes deeply in the purity and justice of the Kosovo Liberation Army's war.
