Haradinaj engages in dialogue, but refuses to lead him

Former Commander The KLA for the Dukagjini region continues to use the tax on Serbian-born goods as an instrument to control dialogue. In the act, the Constitution gives the Government the mandate for “to propose and implement the country's internal and foreign policy”, and emphasises that Prime Minister “is keeping with the president for the implementation of foreign policy”.
The prime minister's office has requested that we refer to his recent statement, when asked whether there will be another attempt at forming any team, and whether Haradinaj will take the lead role.
No further clarifications have been offered concerning the report the prime minister will hold with President Thaci, who has been taking the lead in dialogue for two years.
But opposition party deputies have said dialogue should be guided only by the government.
