Traffickers, who in a motorboat rapidly sailed into the waters of the Pacific Ocean, as they discovered that they were being pursued by border guards, were forced to throw the shipment of drugs into the waters facing San Diego.
In the last six months alone, coastal guards have seized more than 11 tons of drugs.
