Spahn said that under the new Law on Protection Against measles by June next year, it must prove that all are vaccinated against measles.
Last week it was decided that mandatory vaccines would expand for refugees and asylum seekers.
The vaccine in Germany has so far been voluntary, but the vaccine rate for years is declining, increasing the number of measles.
