Periscopi from his sources confirmed that Fahri Osmani will be appointed the new Minister of Innovation.
Osman is expected to take over former Minister of Innovation Besim Beqaj.
Contacted by Periscope, Osman said his name was one of the names talked about this position and that he has not yet received any official information.
And yet Periscop sources confirm that the party at the PDK branch in Podujevo has already begun.
I still have no official information, my name is one of the names mentioned, but officially I don't have and unless I have official information I can't say anything”, Osmani said.
He said they're expecting tomorrow chairman of The PDK, Kadri Veselini, go to Podujevo at a meeting with party structures where there is the possibility that the appointment of Minister of innovation will be public tomorrow.
But who is Fahri Osmani, who will continue the mandate of fired minister Besim Beqaj?
Fahri Osmani is from Podujevo and is currently the director of Mensa at the Students Centre in Pristina.
He's a consultant from the PDK in the Municipal Assembly.
He opposed Naim Fetah's candidate in the Kosovo Democratic Party's internal elections in the Podujevo branch.
He was defeated by Fetah for a very narrow outcome in the vote, but even though he was considered the favourite, he failed to be elected president of PDK in Podujevo.
He's been working a Biology assistant at Medical Education School for a certain period of time.
He left this position two years ago after Rector Ramadan Zejnou Allah made a decision to release one job position those who hold two positions at Pristina University.
Osmani then decided to retain the position of director of the Students' Mensa, which he currently holds.
