The Kosovo Police Department of Economic Crimes together in co-ordination with the Founding Prosecutor and the Randa Crime Department have carried out this broad action with many arrests.
Among those arrested, 16 are officials of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
Therefore, twenty-three total suspects (16 first on the list are officials of the Infrastructure-Department Ministry for License-see, the next five are a manager, three doctors and an ordinance psychologist, and the last two on the list are co-owners of one on auto-school)”, the Police report says.

The Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption (DHKEK), namely, the Regional Unit for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in Pristina (NJRHKEK), has accepted a tip under the suspicion of committing criminal acts “misusing official position or authority” and “taking bribes”, from the owner of an auto school with headquarters in Fushe Kosovo and some officials of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
Following the acceptance and analysis of high-profile information, NJRKEK-Pristina investigators under the authorisation of the Constitutional Prosecutor, the Department of Criminal Affairs, have launched concrete investigative activities, including all advanced investigative actions. Police have, over this period of time provided relevant evidence related to criminal acts.
Today, in 05.07.2019, police operation focused on these locations has been conducted: The Ministry of Infrastructure-Departmental for Sentente Schafer, a self-school in Fushe Kosovo and an orientation in Fushe Kosovo.
Suspects allegedly allowed interested persons to be equipped with a driver's license of different categories without passing on necessary tests, depending on the driver's license category (400,000).

So, there are twenty-three suspects in the list -- sixteen first on the list -- officials from the Ministry of Infrastructure-Desidement for License-Pefer, the other five on the list are a manager, three doctors and an ordinance psychologist, and the last two on the list are co-owners of one at the auto school.
Police during the police operation have seized relevant evidence that would be used as evidence in judicial procedures.
With the prosecutor's decision, all suspects have been pronounced the 48-hour ban.
