Protesters have rejected the Energy Regulatory Office Board's decision granting the company deadline for another 90 days to operate illegally in the plants -- Belaya/Decaniʹ.
They have said that continuing to be licensed by the ZERE for 90 days for the Kelkos company has been done on political issues and for personal gain.
In today's protest, Decani's Lumbard was treated as a river of witnesses, which has fallen to save other rivers across Kosovo from degradation. So they will be placed on the river with wreaths of flowers.

At the last meeting of the ZERE board, a decision has been made that in three months the operating deadline of Kelkos Energy Company is extended until it completes the necessary documentation.
The board has approved the social demand “KelCos Energy”, for extending the decision for ninety (90) days, with the goal of completing the app and equipment with the environmental access and permission certificate from the Ministry of Environment and Space Planning, for the “Belaya” and “Decani<x>.
