The Constitutional Court in Gjilan has declared the punishment act against accused M. A. for 13 years in prison.
The accused, on August 18, 2016, about 6 p.m. on the “Recep Bislimi” in Ferizaj, has deliberately deprived the late S. R., firing at him twice with a pistol “Vor” 50 of a 7.65 mm calibration.
On the critical day, the late man meets with the accused and starts talking about an earlier dispute and after a tense conversation, the accused pulls out his gun and twice shoots at the late S. R., who also owned a gun.
By these actions, accused M. A., it has committed criminal acts “suicide” and “possession of unauthorized possession of weapons”, works sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
The trial chamber for the first device of the indictment has pronounced a prison sentence of 12 years and six months, while a year in prison is pronounced for the second device.
