Condemned in the case of “Blace”, Driton Hajdari through a public letter has reacted to the Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina, with which he must return to prison, despite the fate imposed by the disease.
He says his illness has appeared in prison under mysterious circumstances, where treatment has not even been found in two years from the Kosovo Correcting Service until the disease has taken on critical proportions.
Hajdari, who has documents that should be accompanied, has written that in his case he requires only the law to be implemented.
I face diseases that endanger my life every day, and they make a decision to send me back to prison, despite the fact that there are documents I cannot be treated in prison because of the lack of conditions”, he said.
According to him, he does not object to the decision the court makes, but has demanded that drugs not found in Kosovo be provided in prison.
