For a six - month period, Egzonjet Kadishan has taken a job at the Ministry of Education.
Kadishan, through contract for special services, has been employed as an information officer in August this month, even though it is being investigated by the Pristina Foundation Prosecutor for Criminal Works “computer intervention” and “Disturbing”.
For the case in question, we announce that the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina is handling it and that the same is being investigated for two criminal acts. Currently, this case is located in the investigation phase, so the prosecutor of the case is conducting investigations regarding this criminal case”, spokeswoman Laureta Ulaj has said.
Egzonja Kadishan has not returned answers to KTV's questions about how she was hired again in this ministry, nor after a week. She was also employed in May last year at the Ministry of Education in the official administrative position.
In a written reply, however, the Ministry of Education says Egzonja is not employed, but is only temporarily engaged.
We want to inform you that the person in question is not employed in August, but is temporarily engaged with arrangements for special services. According to the relevant commission, the candidate in question has met all the criteria before. Regarding other issues raised, although not required in competition, engaged in question has offered the Ministry and documents that testify contrary to what you say”, said Valmir Gashi, a media adviser to the minister of education.
In recent months, this minister has been frequenting contests, which have largely been under contract on work.
