Air strikes took place in the town of Maarat al-Numan, in the southern province of Idlib, causing and spreading a major disaster.
Russia has denied news that its planes have carried out the attacks. The Russians support Syria's government, led by Bashar Al Aksad, which is trying to recover the region from the rebels and jihadists.
