This was done at the Foundation Court in Ferizaj, against 11 people indicted with initials: A.F., M.F., P.F., A.F., A.F., S., R.M., N.M., I.R., B.A., and F.U., in which case of raiding and control, a large quantity of various weapons and ammunition were found.
“Exists the suspicion that the same in co-ordination would perform criminal acts “Import, export, supply, transport, transport, exchange, mediation or sale of unauthorised weapons or explosive matter”, from Article 364 related to Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code and “keep ownership, or unauthorised possession of weapons<5> from the 366 Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK) to the report.
