Three judges from the Department of Criminals under Appeals, who have been competing for judges at the Special Department, have been defeated by three of their colleagues coming from a lower degree of the court, from the Foundation, writes Koha Ditore today.
The president of the Appeals Court, Hasan Shala, contacted the case, has declined to comment on his judges' failure to advance to the most important department at the level of the Appeals Court.

The head of this institution, Skender Chocaj, has described the special judges' selection process at the Court of Appeals as fully regular.
