His resignation came after accepting an invitation from the Special Court, which was interviewed in the quality of the suspect two days ago, the news writes.

Upon returning to Kosovo, Haradinaj called the ministers of his government for his next meeting, even though his resignation was irrevocable and called for early elections.

Returning to Haradinaj's prime minister's office is being seen as anti-unconstitutional, and Haradinaj himself is addressed to the Constitutional Court.

Meanwhile, analysts and policy connoisseurs are viewing Haradinaj's actions as his calculations.

Analyst Shkodran Ramadani has indicated that Haradinaj's decision to resign was political calculation and spectacle.

“Haradinaj has taken that decision to precede the collapse of the government that could come from coalition partners and resign has exploited it for its political points, perform a show and create a favourable moment for it and enter the election as a strong politician, persecuted by many courts of things”, Ramadani said of the news.

Ramadani also said that even citizens have realised Haradinaj's resignation is a hyperbolisation, saying that Haradinaj now seems repentant for his resignation.

“After going there, people first became solidified with him, but they found that the second time, this time the resignation was not the same as the year 2005, because that year it was resigned because of the indictment, while now it is resigning because of an interview and they have noticed it is hyperbole. Euphelia, who erupted on the day of the resignation, is now no longer because people have noticed that Haradinaj has hyperbolised a common interview which has been subjected to 60 other former KLA participants, and now that Haradinaj has not been sold this urinary for himself seems that Haradinaj has repented of his resignation because he has realized that his resignation does not directly lead to elections, only the state goes to the election when parliament through motions to overthrow the government, while in the case of the prime minister's resignation, and now Haradaj has no new prime minister and has found himself in a position, because he does not even have a choice to return to the matter of parliamentary government, said 275.

Commenting on former Prime Minister Haradinaj's actions this week, Ramadani said the meeting was unconstitutional.

“The arrangement is unconstitutional, he has no right to call the meeting because he is no longer prime minister. His call to hold meetings is to regret his resignation because he has seen his resignation fail to achieve the effect he has wanted, therefore, the” elections, Ramadani said further.

At the end of Ramadani said Haradinaj's actions are now to gain time, while stressing the possibility of a technical government which, according to him, is being sought by internationals.

And when he has now seen that the country is not going to the elections it is confused and has seen that the country is not going to the elections. Now he has sent him to the constitution to gain time. Ambassadors, apart from the British one who has called for early elections, all other embassies have sought functional governments. Haradinaj has now encountered saw saws in the nail”, Ramadani said at the end.

Even Imer Mushkolaj sees Haradinaj's actions as contradictory, adding that he is now only the former prime minister.

“Yes contradictory acts because Haradinaj publicly resigned on Friday invulnerable, meaning he can no longer exercise the prime minister's office and is now only the former prime minister. Recognitions of the Constitution say the collapse by the prime minister's motion and resignation differ greatly. Because if he fell by motion he could exercise the prime minister's office, while in his resignation there is no right”, Mushkolaj said.

According to Mushkolaj, following Haradinaj's resignation, he would have to go home rather than to the office.

He chose today to hold a government meeting even though he failed because he couldn't discuss the agenda at all, but there are conflicting actions as if he was making sure the institutions were not harmed, not to remain Kosovo without government, but if he had to take care of it, or if he intended to care so much he had to think sooner about how to act. Because if you quit, I have to go home, not to office”, Mushkolaj said further.

Analyst Mushkolaj also said Haradinaj, with the act of resignation, has called for snap elections for what he says, is not rushing the country's president, Hashim Thaci.

Haradinaj, even with the act of resignation, has sought to go to the polls immediately, but it seems that President Thaci is not rushing in for a week now. He made it known next week I'll consult but he didn't tell you what. I don't expect the problem to be resolved quickly and it's looking like going to the election will turn out more complicated than expected.

According to Mushkolajt, a technical government depends on the Democratic League of Kosovo and which is the request of international partners.

Mushkolaj also has added that the LDK is awaiting the 3 August date, but according to him, President Thaci is awaiting the same date.

The possible “is a technical government than the continuation of this government with a new mandate from this coalition because controversy among political parties is great. I don't rule out a technical government taking into account the interests of international partners, but to become this technical government must reach a political agreement and I believe that this Vetevendosje agreement will not sign, so the ball remains on. The LDK, and to create a clearer impression of this, must be expected 3 August of the LDK elections, and I think the president is also expecting this to decide more clearly for his exercise of competencies”, Mushkolaj said.

Political parties in Kosovo have expressed readiness for elections, but on the other hand, international partners have sought from politicians in Kosovo a functional government.

How much it is possible to have a technical government in Kosovo remains to be seen after meetings that will have political parties with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and what the position of partner embassies in Kosovo will be.
