The court says that by July 4th, about 11:00 minutes, in the village of Uglar in the municipality of Gjilan, suspect K. Mr., with his vehicle <x0pel”, there's been traffic accident, so that by not adjusting the speed of the movement, he loses control over the vehicle's direction and moves into the opposite strip of movement, where with the front of the vehicle, he hits the rest of the car “Mercedesdes”, which he now directed by the deceased G. S., which suffers fatal injuries.
Another three other passengers who have received medical assistance have also been injured in this accident. By this act, the defendant is suspected to have committed criminal acts risking public trafficking”, the act sanctioned with the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK). The judge of the preliminary procedure at the General Department, after reviewing the subject paperwork, has considered the legal conditions for the appointment of the detention measure to the defendants, as the appointment of other alternative measures would be insufficient for the successful development of criminal procedure”, the tribunal's communiqué said.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
