Zaev after meeting with Merkel: We are confident we will start negotiations with the EU this year

Northern Macedonia Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, after meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, has said he has been informed that Bundestag will bring a decision in September to approve the start of EU negotiations with Northern Macedonia, in accordance with Germany's procedures on the Union enlargement issue.
