Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucic has spoken to reporters in Minsk after a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Dimitri Medvedev.
Vuciq has spoken with Medvedev on many issues -- one of them was dialogue with Kosovo.
Vuciq has indicated the reason for the failure of the Paris Summit.
“Organisers have not wanted to fail again, as at the Berlin Summit, so only has our fear that the meeting would not be held”, Vucic said.
Vuciq also for failing this meeting has left the blame to Albanians, the newspaper Express broadcast.
“They didn't want to do anything, and organisers didn't want another” failure, Vuciq concluded.
The Paris summit was scheduled for July 1st.
