Veton Surroi: Review past dialogue process

Surroi, speaking of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, said normalisation among these states is a very broad concept.

In an open conversation with the “topic after Berlin, prior to Paris”, organised by KFOS, the publicist also talked about the transition from the past negotiator process to a new phase of dialogue with Serbia.

And international relations professor Mark Baskin said the horrors that have occurred in Kosovo during the 1990s cannot be arranged with an agreement.

At this discussion it was said that the liberation and independence of Kosovo was done without the will of the Serbian state, meanwhile, normalising relations cannot happen without Serbia's will.
