Speaking of The NBC on Friday, he said the US was open for talks, but would not allow Iran to develop nuclear weapons, Telegrafis traces.
He also clarified his recent decision to withdraw the decision on the planned attacks in response to the collapse of a US fears this week, saying he was told 150 Iranians would be killed.
