Speaking of The NBC on Friday, he said the US was open for talks, but would not allow Iran to develop nuclear weapons, Telegrafis traces.
He also clarified his recent decision to withdraw the decision on the planned attacks in response to the collapse of a US fears this week, saying he was told 150 Iranians would be killed.

Tehran says the American butterfly entered Iranian airspace early Thursday morning. But the US claims he was shot in international airspace.
Tensions have escalated between the two countries, with the United States recently blaming Iran for attacks on oil tanks operating in the region.

Last year, the United States withdrew unilaterally from a 2015 nuclear agreement aimed at curbing Iran's nuclear activities.
Meanwhile, the US has asked the UN Security Council to meet on Monday to discuss Iran.
