Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq, is also warned on the panel.
In conference margins, Thaci is expected to meet with other diplomats, participants at the conference.
Prior to his departure for Slovakia, the head of state is expected to hold a news conference from the “Adem Jashari” airport.
