A popular nightclub in the Middle East will open up representation in Saudi Arabia, which presents the latest testimony on how far this kingdom has gone in recent years in terms of easing stops for entertainment.
However, it is known that according to Islamic laws that apply in Saudi Arabia, no alcoholic beverages will be served in these nightclubs.
Serge Trad, public relations manager from “Addmind Hospitality”, said the White Saudi Arabia club (Soudi and White Arabia) will open for a month, starting with a performance by the American artist Ne-Yo. Trad explains that the dress code will be “smart Casual”, which means women will not have to wear mandatory clothes in the state.
The event will be organised on the coast of the town of Jeda, where private beaches do not implement strict dress codes.
Trad says the account at the Instagram of the new nightclub gathered 11,000 followers, but soon closed after being denounced by critics.
